For the Burrito Filling:
- 8 oz 225g chorizo sausage, casing removed
- 6 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite blend
- 1 medium tomato diced
- 1 avocado sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Tortilla Wrap:
