Instructions

Gather Ingredients

  • Croissants (6–8, ideally day-old)
  • Eggs (6 large)
  • Milk (2 cups)
  • Vanilla (2 tsp)
  • Cinnamon (1 tsp) & Nutmeg (pinch, optional)
  • Sugar (1/3 cup)
  • Optional: Fresh berries, syrup, or whipped cream for topping.

Prep Croissants

  • Slice croissants into chunks.
