Quick Tip:
- Prep all your ingredients before starting the assembly process. This makes the cooking process smoother and ensures the sliders come together quickly.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider rolls horizontally, creating top and bottom halves.
Layer the bottom half of the rolls with a generous helping of provolone cheese.
Top the cheese with your freshly cooked steak, ensuring an even distribution.
Add the sautéed onions, bell peppers, and jalapeño on top of the steak.
Finish with another layer of provolone cheese.
Spread a garlic mayonnaise mixture on both the top and bottom halves of the rolls.
Place the top buns on the assembled sliders.
Brush the top of the rolls with a melted butter mixture for a golden-brown finish.
Bake the sliders, covered, for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
